COMPANY

We built CHEMALOT because trust was running on spreadsheets.

Too many business relationships are still held together by forwarded emails, screenshots of certificates and a shared belief that everyone is who they say they are. We thought that deserved better.

The problem we kept seeing

Everywhere we looked, companies were making real financial decisions about vendors, suppliers and customers on the strength of documents nobody had actually checked. A certificate arrives by email, someone glances at it, and it goes into a folder. The relationship is now treated as verified, even though nothing was ever confirmed against a source.

Then time passes. Registrations lapse. Ownership changes. The same bank account turns up under a second name. None of it surfaces, because verification was a one-time event that happened at the start and never again. The gap between what a business assumes about a counterparty and what is actually true keeps widening, silently, until it costs someone money.

CHEMALOT exists to close that gap. Not with more paperwork, but by turning the messy document into a verified fact at the moment it arrives, and then keeping that fact honest for as long as the relationship lasts.

What we hold to

Three principles behind every decision.

Principle 01

Verified once isn't verified forever.

A check at onboarding tells you about that one moment. Trust has to be kept current, or it quietly stops being true.

Principle 02

Every flag explained, not just raised.

An alert with no reasoning is noise. When something is flagged, we show what triggered it so a person can act with context.

Principle 03

Trust should be a living score, not a one-time checkbox.

The right question is not whether an entity was ever approved, but how much you can rely on it right now.
